Rules of the park

  1. The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
  2. In order to apply the rates for Canary Islands residents, people with disabilities and/or proof of age, a document with a photo and proof of each condition must be presented.
  3. It is forbidden to enter with food and drink, animals (except guide dogs) and items such as bicycles, balls, skates, water inflatables or any other item the management prohibits.
  4. Children under 12 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them. Children between 12 and 16 years old, will need to present the Responsibility of Minors document signed by their legal guardian at the ticket office in order to enter. This can be downloaded here.
  5. Follow the instructions of the lifeguards and employees, as well as all the signs posted in the park at all times. This ensures that you use the attractions correctly and comply with the health recommendations (e.g. showering before bathing).
  6. The attractions will close 30 minutes before the park closes and are restricted by their use and height.
  7. We provide a LIMITED number of floats, lockers, sunbeds and sunshades.
  8. It is forbidden to use the attractions while wearing glasses, watches, jewellery, piercings or any type of clothing or object that could damage the attractions or pose a safety hazard. The park cannot be held responsible for objects lost or forgotten during your visit.
  9. Pregnant women or people with heart problems are prohibited from using all attractions.
  10. The consumption of drugs or narcotics and the practice of nudism or toplessness in the facilities is forbidden.
  11. Some areas and facilities of the water park are under video surveillance.
  12. Please note that the swimming pools are not heated.
  13. The park management may proceed to expel people from the enclosure without the right to a refund of any amount paid if their conduct is not correct or if they do not respect both these general rules and the specific rules of each attraction.
  14. Under no circumstances does the company refund the entrance fee, either in full or in part, even in the event of breakdowns, power cuts, changes in weather conditions or eviction from the site for safety reasons.
