The entrance fee includes access to all water attractions, use of changing rooms, showers, rest areas, basic medical assistance, and WiFi connection. Other services such as hammocks, lockers or floats are available.

Parking is completely free for all park visitors — no reservation needed. LIMITED parking spots.

There are some attractions that require the user to use a float. For this purpose, we provide our customers with a series of free floats for these attractions. In case our customers wish to avoid queues and waiting, they can choose to rent a float for their exclusive use. The cost of renting a single or double float is €6.00 with a €5.00 deposit, which will be refunded once the float is returned at the corresponding point of sale.

In the case of lockers, we have a limited number available for customers to leave their belongings safely. The rental of a locker has a cost of €6,00 with a deposit of €5,00, which will be refunded once the key is returned at the corresponding point of sale.

We also provide floating vests for the safety of our smallest customers. The rental of a buoyancy vest costs €6,00 with a deposit of €45,00, which will be refunded once the vest is returned to the corresponding point of sale.

No, bringing outside food, drinks, animals (except guide dogs), bicycles, balls, skates, inflatables or other items is not allowed. We offer 3 food points with a wide variety of dishes and drinks.

Yes, you can take advantage of our Canary resident rate by presenting the corresponding accreditation (ID card, census certificate, etc.) at the ticket office of our park. Check the rates for Canary Island residents here.

To make use of the attractions, the minimum height limitation is 1.20 m (4 ft.). However, for people who do not meet this requirement, we have other attractions (family or children's attractions), swimming pools and activities. 

There are some attractions where the weight limit is 120 kg. You can consult the rules of the attractions here.

We have a great variety of pools, each one with specific characteristics according to its use. Generally speaking, the pools for receiving slides comply with the guidelines established by the UNE-EN 1069 safety regulations, with an average depth of 1.4 m., while other pools, such as the activity pool, for example, have a depth of 3 meters.
